FLSA, USERA, mergers, defamation, false imprisonment
and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Provide insureds with proactive loss control services
such as confidential employment practices telephone
hotline staffed by employee law specialists, loss control
manual and loss control seminars |

The carriers we use may write on and excess and surplus
lines basis. Therefore we will only accept business from
agents with active surplus lines licenses. |
