Eligibility Coverage for for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations seeking to protect themselves against employee-based lawsuits such as wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Available as stand-alone coverage or combined with D&O.

Broad "all risk" coverage includes FMLA, FLSA, USERA, mergers, defamation, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Provide insureds with proactive loss control services such as confidential employment practices telephone hotline staffed by employee law specialists, loss control manual and loss control seminars

   
Limits Up to $5 million with excess limits available
   
Availability All states and the District of Columbia
   
Requirements The carriers we use may write on and excess and surplus lines basis. Therefore we will only accept business from agents with active surplus lines licenses.
